Lauren Cody
Founder, Owner, Esthetician
Lauren Cody began her esthetics career in 2005 after training at Central New Mexico College in Albuquerque, NM. Nearly two decades later, she channeled her passion for wellness and community into founding Cloudhouse with emphasis on intentional living, inclusivity, and genuine care for people. For her, it has always been about more than products — it's about creating a space where people feel seen, welcomed, and cared for.
Outside of Cloudhouse, Lauren finds joy in reading, gardening, birdwatching, thrifting, playing music, and spending time with her two chihuahuas, Penelope and Nigel.
Paloma Finkelsztein
Web Design, Social Media, Administration
Paloma is a self-described jack of all trades, and she wouldn't have it any other way. She has a natural instinct for creating things: experiences, visuals, and anything that didn't exist before she got her hands on it.
Her love of art and design started young, eventually branching into an ever-expanding hobby collection including tattooing, music production, and website design. When she's not learning or building something new, she's likely chasing the next great meal, a good film, a new album, or the perfect tattoo (with her cat close by).
Sierra Balmaseda
Esthetician
Sierra has always had a passion for helping others. With a creative mind and an empathetic heart, working with the community is an area she excels in. She began her journey as an esthetician in 2021 with a desire to help clients feel beautiful inside and out.
Currently, she is in the process of obtaining her BSN in nursing. The goal: merging holistic therapies with the results driven world of esthetic medicine to create the best outcomes for every single one of her client's needs.
Austin Macpherson
Lead Massage Therapist
After years in the corporate world, Austin's yoga practice inspired him to pursue a more meaningful path. He believes that caring for individuals strengthens communities as a whole, and he's passionate about building inclusive spaces and the wellbeing of those around him.
Austin's approach to bodywork blends Eastern and Western influences, drawing from Swedish, Deep Tissue, and Thai techniques. His practice continues to evolve as he explores movement, mindfulness, and the body's innate ability to heal.
Outside the treatment room, Austin enjoys yoga, hiking, mountaineering, snowboarding, playing pool, and catching live shows.
Kesha Rose
Esthetician
Kesha was introduced to the importance of self-care at an early age by her mother who practiced Bach flower remedies and massage therapy. That foundation shaped her belief that self-care isn’t a luxury, but essential to living a balanced life in today’s world.
Kesha finds deep joy in connecting with others and creating a safe, nurturing space to relax and rejuvenate. She offers results-driven facial treatments and full body and facial waxing, always with the belief that it’s never too late to achieve healthy, radiant skin. She's committed to supporting clients every step of their journey.
Outside of the treatment room, Kesha enjoys making music, playing shows, traveling, reading, and spending time with family and friends.
Jeremy Burg
Designer, Screen printer
Jeremy, working as Strange Daze Design, is a graphic designer, illustrator, and visual creative building bold, off-beat brand experiences that cut through the noise. Expressive typography, experimental composition, and an eclectic visual language define his work, challenging the norm with a distinct sense of attitude.
With nearly two decades of experience in commercial arts manufacturing, Jeremy designs with the end product in mind. By guiding every idea from concept through production to finished goods, he blends cultural edge with thoughtful craft to produce work that looks great and lands equally well across digital and physical mediums.
